"Las Aves" Park is created to contribute to preserve our natural heritage, and make all those people, who enjoy Nature, get in contact with her

The extension of the Park is a vast wood, where indigeneus vegetations and attractive and heavenly plants from the rest of the world are harmoniously mixed. Their surroundings are covered with cereal so birds that live here feed freely and naturally

As it is at a very small distance from the Natural Park " Los Alcornocales", it attracts a portion of the diversity of birds existing in the area.

This area is located surrounding the "Cortijo La Zorrera".

AWe have 6 lakes.
The upper Lake is the area where you can watch, from a very small distance, the aquatic birds. The great mayority is from the family of Anatidos, such as swams, criollo duck, porron monudo duck, mandarin duck, joyuyu duck, gooses, etc...

In the following area from the lake, we find a green grassland that take us to the most shady zone of the Park, in which animals nest all year round, either on the ground or up in the highs. This is due to a small but thick wood area, fully of eucaliptus and poplars, and in that proximity of a small lake

It is to stand out that a big amount of birds visit us and shelter in our area

If we watch properly the surroundings, once into the Park, we realize that there is a big amount of animals from all over the world, such as:

  • Red-legged partridge (Alectoris rufa)
  • Quail (Coturnix)
  • Pheasant (Phasianus colchicus)
  • Golden pheasant (Chrysolophus pictus)
  • Silver pheasant (Oennaeus pictus)
  • Peacock (Pavo cristatus)
  • Fenix cock of yokohama
